She was active in many of the Elk’s sponsorships and events. Sheila was the first female Exalted Ruler of the Dunkirk Elks Lodge #922.
She graduated from Dunkirk High School class of 1957 and managed her family’s restaurant The Steak House in Dunkirk. Sheila was born on Ja daughter of the late Leo F.
